10 Years Sets the Standard
If you’re making an investment in a machine, you want to know it’s going to be reliable and withstand the test of time. Longevity is never in question with our 10-year Limited Powertrain Warranty. When compared to the competition, the length of coverage can’t be beat.
In many cases, the high-end of warranty length tops out around six years. There may be options to purchase an extended warranty or additional coverage through a dealer, but this is an extra expense that ends up coming out of your pocket. With the Yanmar warranty, 10 years of coverage is standard with every new tractor.
3,000 Operating Hours
Yanmar tractors are built to be used for tough jobs. That’s why we also lead the industry in operating hours covered under warranty. Your tractor is covered for 10 years or 3,000 hours, whichever comes first.
Again, the competition doesn’t really come close to matching this commitment to customers. Some manufacturers extend their coverage to 2,000 hours, but as any operator knows, 1,000 extra hours behind the wheel is invaluable. Over time this adds up to more than 100 extra full days of work.
Components Manufactured In-House
Engines are the cornerstone of the Yanmar reputation. Since 1933 we’ve built more than 15 million diesel and gas engines for use across a multitude of industries. In addition to the engine, we design and manufacture all major tractor powertrain components, including the transmission, front axle and final drive motor. This ensures every piece meets our rigorous quality standards and works together in harmony. Many other competitors cut corners in this department, sourcing key components from outside manufacturers.
